1. Products and Prices
The sale of mobile phones and products presented on this site is limited to existing stock.
We reserve the right to alter the conditions of the commercial sale of mobile phones and the products presented.
The prices mentioned include VAT at the current rate, unless stated otherwise.
2. Purchase Order
Orders on the site are limited to 2 units per Taxpayer Number.
4. Payment
The order will be paid for upon delivery, via cheque or cash. The cheques should be made out to ctt.
6. Returns
Warranty
Mobile phones and accessories always have a Warranty Period that is defined by the manufacturer. This is taken to start from the date of sale and can only be confirmed with the presentation of a Warranty Certificate and/or a Proof of Purchase that are duly completed.
The following conditions are considered to be excluded from the mobile phone warranty:
- mobile phones that have exceed the warranty period defined by the Manufacturer;
- mobile phones that present inappropriate conditions or inadequate use, or incompetent handling;
- mobile phones that are subjected to improper usage or abuse (e.g.: indications of dropping or of exposure to water);
- mobile phones that demonstrate malfunctions that do not fit into those defined by the Manufacturer;
- The client cannot prove the existence of the Warranty.
Factory defect
If there is a “factory defect”, in other words when malfunctions are detected in the mobile phones or products that in principle do not fit into the scope of the respective warranty, the Client should return the phone together with the proof of the receipt of the mobile phone or product within a maximum time frame of 30 consecutive days and should request the exchange.

So that the product can be substituted, the Client should ensure that the packaging of the mobile phone is complete (box, instruction manual, warranty certificate, handset and accessories), it should contain all of the components that constitute it in an "as-new" condition. In the case of the product include an offer, it must also be returned, since otherwise the return will not be accepted and the product will be sent to the client.
Copies of the following documents should be gathered:
- Copy of the sales invoice for the mobile phone;
- Copy of the document proving the receipt of the mobile phone or product;
- Check List included with the product.
In the absence of any of the elements refered to in the foregoing paragraph, or if any of the components are not found in an "as-new" condition, no refund will be made (price or postage), and the mobile phone or product will be sent back to the Client.
Malfunctions
If your mobile phone is malfunctioning and it is not related to a factory defect (see the foregoing point) you should go to a Technical Assistance Center with your mobile phone/accessory and the respective proof of purchase and/or warranty, or return the object to the address indicated below in accordance with the brand of your mobile phone:

Regardless of the reason, the following should be sent with your mobile phone:
- Copy of the sales invoice;
- Check up sheet included with the product.

Right to Rescission
In the case of Contractual Rescission, the Client has a timeframe of 14 days counting from the date of receipt of the order, to return to TMN the complete package of the mobile phone (box, instructions manual, warrantee certificate, terminal and accessories), containing all of the components that constitute it, in an excellent state of conservation, along with the following documents:
- the sales invoice;
- the document that proves the receipt of the mobile phone or product;
For more information call 707 96 00 00, from 8:00AM to 12:00AM (paid call). Proof of shipment of your order will always be requested. After receipt of the package at TMN, a cheque will be issued to the Client in the amount corresponding to the mobile phone or Product (Sales Invoice amount). This amount will be reduced by the amount related to calls made on the returned card.
In the absence of any of the components of the item sold, or in the event that any of these are not in an excellent state of conservation, there will be no refund of pricing or of objects, and the product will be returned to the client.In the case of the product include an offer, it must also be returned, since otherwise the return will not be accepted and the product will be sent to the client.
Shipment costs will be born by the Client.
